To log in for the first time:

1. Enter your User Name: 1st initial of first name + last name + last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. (Ex: jdoe1234)
   
   
   • Be sure to use all lower case letters, since this field is case sensitive.
   • If any part of your name contains a space, hyphen, or apostrophe, you will need to exclude these characters when entering your User Name. (Ex: Jane Smith-Jones with Social Security Number 999-99-1234 would be entered as jsmithjones1234)
   
   
2. Enter your Password: Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.

After you log in the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
